What is the turn time to receiving my photos after my session?

Currently, turn time is 7-14 business days concluding the session.

I am excited and want it now! Is expedited service an option?

Yes, for an expedited fee of $125 your product will be received within 3 business days upon payment being received.

What if my ideal photoshoot is not listed as an option?

Feel free to submit request via contact page with details of the ideal shoot, and I will message you back within 48 hours on what can be done to accommodate the request.

How much is the retainer deposit?

Retainer deposit of 25% is made up front at time of booking of the total fee. This is to guarantee the service for the date and time selected. Remaining balance due prior to booked session time.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the retainer fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to the Photographer's availability and must be mutually agreed upon in writing. Any changes to the date, time, or location of the photography session require prompt notification and confirmation by both parties.

What types of photography do you do?

I specialize in Athlete and Lifestyle photography, and I am willing to discuss on a case-by-case basis the ideal shoot if not within this photography style.

Who owns the copyright of my photographs?

Lex Chadwick Photography retains all the exclusive rights to the photographs unless written agreement is provided between parties involved.

Do you offer videography?

No, currently my services entail photography packages.
